Whether you are coming in person for a meeting or prefer to complete the paperwork process over the phone and via email, we are happy to help you. After filling out the initial paperwork, your claim can generally be filed within 24 hours, once the insurance carrier is identified. Please be sure to bring all documents related to your injury to the initial meeting.
At Cunard Law, we thrive on direct attorney-client personal contact. Unlike other firms, you will be meeting with Rebecca directly. Case managers are not attorneys, may not have any legal training, and should not be calling the shots on your case. Rebecca’s legal assistants handle only administrative tasks. All case handling decisions are made by the attorney directly.
Unlike other firms that take weeks or months to file your claim, we guarantee personal attention and timely filing of your case. Please note that we are unable to provide legal advice and are making no guarantee on the value of your potential case at this point. After the initial meeting, we will gladly guide you through the process. There is no charge for our initial consultation.

Please bring all medical records and any other documents in your possession when you come to Cunard Law. This includes any emails and letters regarding your injury that you have sent to or received from the insurer regarding your injury. At the meeting, after completing the paperwork, we will scan in the needed documents and return the originals to you, so there is no requirement to make copies for us. Bring what you have and we will obtain the rest.
